I love boys but when they talk to me I freeze! What can I do?

But sometimes I get to nervous to even talk to them or walk and I just listen alot of boys have walked out of my life because I dont talk or get scared and dont do anything example: A boy I lived asked me on a date I just stared at him and didnt say anything and he walked away. Anyone can anyone help? thanks?!!

they aint aliens...jus talk to them like there you friends and be confident

it'll become easier the more you do it lol
