We've been to lunch, movies, and we talk at the gym but i haven't tried to kiss her yet. I'm trying to give her some space since she just broke up . How long should I wait and should I just ask her if she likes me?

It's great that you respect her need for time, that is so awesome and shows that you care about her. And well you took the words right from my mouth..because I was gonna suggest little dates like that, that are harmless (gym, lunch, etc) but if it's been a month or so, I would say gor for it. Just be careful how you initiate conversation and what you say. Start slow, maybe drop little subliminal hints, flirt with her, tell her she looks nice in the certain outfit she wears and she how she reacts. You should be able to read her body language and tell by how she smiles and initially reacts to what you say. If it seems like shes into you and that shes not offended in anyway then explain to her, that you've like her for a very long time, explain how you feel about her and why (i.e: your such a great girl, wonderful mom, so caring and warm)and take it from there. Good luck, hope this helps. Please let me know how this works out for you, I'm interested in the outcome. *Crossing my fingers for you sweety* :-)
