writes:I saw a girl at work who is amazingly beautiful. We saw each other in fact and shared a long intense stare before looking away.I desperately want to talk to her. She makes me feel nervous when we are in the same room together, but that feeling is slowly fading.I am a low level orderly while she is a junior doctor. I wear a uniform and work with old men. She wears her own style and works with people more her age group and with patients. People don't pay much mind to the guys in uniform.It's been several weeks since our gaze. Should I have said hi already? Am I out of touch with how I should have acted in the first place? Is it too late to make a good first impression?How long is too long a wait to say hello? Thanks.

She'll never ask you ou, even if she does like you, and the longer you wait, the longer you will build this up in your head until you forget that she's just a regular human being, like you.

You should have said hello immediately following your gaze! You obviously had her attention so just make sure to say hi as soon as you can. Don't be afraid to be out of her league. You shouldn't be with anyone that makes you feel unworthy anyway. Have confidence and smile! Good luck :)
