Have a read of: Ian Kerners's, She Comes First, as there are some very good tips on dealing with your problem. It takes time but if you talk with her about it, and find out what she really wants, it will help. Try 'Kegels' exercises to control yourself and you will also find that different positions will help you (and her) to respond differently. Also, try and develop your masturbation habits (if you have any) into ones that actually help you to hold on rather than getting it all over and done with. Bad masturbation techniques are often the main reason why these problems exist in the first place.
