The only way to get pregnant without passing the infection would be to use artificial insemination.
It's much easier if he is negative and you are positive because he can just provide sperm that can be remotely inserted around your cervix. It may take some time to conceive and you will probably require some medical guidance as to the best time to conceive (when your white cell count is stabilized).
Having a baby does not mean your child will automatically contract the HIV virus but you need proper medical support to help you make the best decisions.
HIV can be transmitted through breastmilk so you will have to formula feed your child.
With the right support, there is hope.
