You normally are not going to see an immediate change in the mucosal discharge from the vagina. Women tend to show pregnancy in other parts of their body-in their breasts, mood, cravings, retention of water, need to pee, and lack of period.

There are pregnancy tests that are usually available at pharmacies. I can't think of any specific names of the products, but I'm sure somebody at the pharmacy can help you. It's my understanding that some of those tests are not the most accurate. A doctor is definitely the way to know for sure.

Vaginal secretions can help you determine if a woman is in a fertile or non-fertile part of her menstrual cycle - if they are sticky/like egg whites it is likely she is fertile (so not pregnant)...but unless you're wanting to get pregnant use protection at those times (well always really!!).
If you are wondering about pregnancy you could track when she last had her period...if you had unprotected sex any time between 10-20 days after (most fertile day is usually 14 days after the day she started her last period) there is a chance she could be pregnant.
If you really don;t want to do the blood test thing, the most acurate way to know for sure is to buy a pregnacy test from the local chemist...not very expensive...she pee's on it and you'll know within minutes! They are 99% accurate these days!

The best way for me to tell was my boobs hurt! That happened almost immediately, within a few weeks. It's a significant pain too, not like anything felt before.

I would note the large bump that would be growing on her stomach.
There is absolutely no other way apart from pregnancy tests to determine a womans pregnancy. Any other "signs" as you describe do not exist.
There are however symptoms of pregnancy like missing a period, morning sickness, breast tenderness, headaches, backaches, but to be honest some women get all of these symptoms other get some and some display none.

So far as I am aware, vaginal secretions do not tend to indicate pregnancy.Depending on the age of the pregnancy, the signs can vary. The woman may have some spotting after fertilization, from the egg being implanted in the uterine wall. However, this can be mistaken for the beginning of a period. There are the more well know signs - missed periods, morning sickness, etc.Over the counter pregnancy tests can be quite reliable, but have been known to give false negatives in pregnancies less that about three weeks old. However, if you want to be totally and completely certain, a lab test is your best bet.
