You have no idea what is like to want to have to him last longer so you can have multiple and different ones. Yes woman have more than one spot. Try pretending you have to use the restroom and release that muscle then pull back. That makes the woman muscles tighter so it has to work for you too.

 either try and remember the whole of the england rugby team, if your on bottom count the paterns on the wall. or get your gf to masturbate you an hour before sex till you ejaculate then during sex later it will take longer. or have more sex after the first it lasts longer and longer. the more sex you have in one night the less excitment you will have, not saying it isnt good though
