 Brush your hand against his and see if he takes hold of it.
Lean against his shoulder and let him drape his arm round you.
Then when you feel comfortable lean in and kiss him, or he might kiss you :D

Ask him - he is probably thinking about the same thing. You both seem unsure how to go about it and one of you needs to take the lead a little bit.
Try cuddling first and let things occur naturally.
