 Varies according to the individual but some general and common signs incude: talking to you lots, remembering a lot of things about you (stories you may have told, things that are important to you etc), looking at you in the eye when they speak to you, some guys will point their feet in your direction if they are sitting or standing near you, text or email or phone you a lot, find excuses to see you or spend time with you, take an interest in our life, hobbies and friends, try and touch you if possible (hug you when you leave somewhere, touch your arm, tickle you)etc.
As I said before, these vary depending on the individual but some tend to be fairly common.

Perhaps though, the most obvious and reliable sign is that they take much more notice in you than they do in other people!
Having said that though... if someone is really shy, they might do the opposite and ignore you!

also they stare at you and make sure you dont catch them
watch out for everything posotive he does towards you
if he wants to be your mate he'll act chilled if he acts on edge then he might have a thing for you :D :P
