 If the girl is always wanting to pounce on you for sex, then chances are she is enjoying the sex life you two share. Girls show love from kissing, caressing, and holding. Now, if she acts like she's really into, very passionate towards you, can't keep her lips off of you, staring into your eyes, then I would say it's safe to say it's love making.
You now if a girl is into the sex or not, if she's got her eyes closed and just laying there like "Let's get this over with." then it's evident she's not into the sex.

 Orgasms can be faked. The only way you 'd be able to tell is if y ou are in a long term relationship and get to know how she feels about you, not just the sex. She will advise you on what makes her tick, then you will know for sure.

 People can enjoy sex but not feel any love....
You can have sex but making love has a passion, kinda like your the only 2 people in the world the ultimate escape in lusty passionate lovemaking only felt by 2 people in love with each other.
I think you know by her actions before, during and especially after..her eyes the way she looks at you, the way she holds you the way she kisses you.
Its something you feel inside something that cannot be told but more something you feel together.
