 yes.you know if a boy likes you because they give you alot of eye contact show you alot of attention and even ask you out also the jealousy thing when you talk about other guys or even to other guys and he sees you doing this.however theres the flirty side of things but theres the being mean to you and picking on you all the time thing which also suggests that a guy can like you but to be honest if you fancy a guy and feel like they might like you too theres nothing you can really do to tell 100% you just have to wait for them to bring it up to you

 Yes if hes touches/strokes you then he likes you (a lot). If he gets jealous then the likes you.
He will go out of his way to spend time with you or bump into you. He will do nice things for you and talk to you more than usual.
