 Take your time and relax, your in whats called the refractory period, the momen right after ejaculation when it sensitive and goes flaccid. This is normal and it happens to all men. Try to refrain from masturbating ever again before u have sex with her, also try kegal excercises, they strengthen the muscles that are responsible for you coming too early, make them strong, you'll last longer.  Just take a little break and continue the foreplay and petting (by hand) untill your erection returns. Sometimes this can take about 20 minutes.
Next time, go a little slower and try not to get off so soon because it will always take much longer for her to reach an orgasm.
