Take up a new hobby, learn how to play a musical instrument, go to the library, take a walk, ride a bike, call a friend, read a book, learn how to cook a something new, go running or cycling, volunteer at a hospital, nursing home or animal shelter! You'll be so busy you won't have time to be bored, and you'll be doing a real service to animals or people that truly need love and attention! Trust me, the way you will feel afterwards is priceless.

Do things that offer value to your life! Here's a few ideas that I do to add value to my daily schedule and help me not to be bored:
1) Keep your mind busy. I have found joy the last few years in reading nice books. Spend a few hours at Barnes & Nobles.. books have a lot to teach you and they can become one of your best friends.
2) "Music is the painkiller of the soul". Learn to appreciate good quality music. Learn to play an insrument. I learned guitar.
3) Find a sport. I discovered cycling and I cycle around 5-6 miles 3-4 times a week. It takes me about 1 hour + time to recover and do my abs and take a shower- here you killed 2-3 hours just by one activity!
4) If you live alone cook! You deserve a nice, home made meal every day and to prepare it + wash the dishes and pots you just killed 1-2 hours daily and you eat healthy.
Note: Don't waste your time in playing Xbox and surfing the Net, you will end up with the same feeling of emptyness that you have now. Best of luck pal!
