Ok... for me, it was probably not your normal situation. I had just gotten out of a horrible relationship with this other guy, who tried to rape me twice, and then I was talking with a good friend of mine, and I asked "why do I always fall for the people who hurt me?"....his response: "you don't have to. : ) You know, i've been attracted to you for a while.." ... it turns out that he didn't wanna ask me out during the school year because he didn't wanna put any extra stress on me (I was having major family issues dealing with abuse... blah). Now, we've been together for 6 months, and have stayed strong. He's been there for me, especially after my ex (mentioned above) tried to rape me a 3rd time.

Just make sure you get with someone who will treat you right. My boyfriend before this one was a complete dump. He ... yeah. Enough said.

Well like for me it just happens like I'll meet a guy, we make eye contact to make sure we like eachother, if we do then we talk for a while and make sure we have a connection, and if we do then we'll go out and if we still hit it off then you just spend alot of time together and usually within a week or two he'll either ask you or it'll comeup in a conversation.

I'm going to give you a really good example. Like recently I was at college and I saw this HOT guy who I was INSTANTLY attracted to. So I say to my friend "who is that?" And she knew him. So we just passed by and said hi to him. And he and I both saw eachother and both got kind of giddy. Anyways, we kept looking at eachother from a distance and kind of laughing and smiling. So later I saw him again and he came up to me and talked to me. We really hit it off. We were laughing and talking totally naturally without it being forced. And I could tell he liked me too. You can just feel it. Like he made a comment about how his ex girlfriend was of my same nationality. He said that because he was trying to let me know that he liked me. That's how guys are. But I had to go and he was like "am I going to see you again." And so he asked for my number and asked me to go out with him. And he called me that same night. If I had called back (which I didn't, long story) there is a 99% chance he would have been my boyfriend.

And that is how it happens.

Well, you're not supposed to get pressured to be in a relationship at your age. It just happens when you grown into someone emotionally; whether it be your guy friend or someone you meet somewhere. The important part is that you enjoy the process of being head-over-heels inlove with someone. You are at the perfect position to feel the best form of being in love. When you get older, it gets to be more complicated and it sucks. Enjoy falling in love now.

There's no formal handshake or anything. When I was your age, it was as easy as if the guy says "I love you" and you say "I love you" back, then you are girl friend boyfriends. But there are stages before you get there:

Talking: He's your favorite Myspace commenter. He's your text buddy. You talk at school. Things of that nature.

Dating: When you and him go out to get dinner and see a movie. When you go to theme parks together. etc.

Seeing: When you choose him to be your exclusive admirer and not let anyone else in to your heart

Going Out: When you officially become boyfriend and girlfriend. ...when you say I love you to each other and you mean it.

PS: Sorry, no physical relationships until 18 please. :)

bqagirl2692 agony auntI believe that if you really love someone, you never get over them. You simply just put them behind in your mind. It takes a lot of time and patience to leave that person in the past but its all in our head. The more we convince ourselves to move on and let things go, the more mature we become to leave what is in the past, in the past. Its all in our mental process as well as trying to see other people. So to answer your question, everyone has their own way of putting their loved ones behind but i dont think they'll ever forget them.
