Should I squeeze and try to hold it for as long as i can and then release or should I squeeze and release, squeeze and release. If so, how long should I squeeze for? I can have clitoris orgasms but ive only had a vaginal orgasm once (during intercourse) and i wold love to experience that again and learn how to make it happen. Normally i dont squeeze at all. If there are any women who do that all the time when they have sex, please share our best techniques to reach the big O vaginally using kegel!

Squeeze and release repeatedly. As a man, I'm unsure that Kegel technique aids female orgasm, but it certainly brings about male climax. Only a few women I've known did it well, one in particular. It was quite spectacular, and felt similar to fellatio. Kegel exercises can be practiced almost anywhere by briefly squeezing the pelvic muscles as if holding back urination, and can be effective for both men and women. For men, the technique can help delay climax in order to prolong intercourse.

You could get some kegel balls and do pelvic floor exercsises with them in.
