writes: Me and my mate are going to GUM clinic next friday to get cheked out as one of the lads has something! but my friend says she wants 2 go too not to get checked out just to tag along, and me and my mates that is getting checked out said we arnt telling anyone of wre have anything anyway, i dont want her to come as i feel she tags along all the time and dosent want to miss out on anything! she isnt getting checked out so theres no point. how can i tell her i dont want her to come?

You could just explain that it's a very personal thing to have done and you don't really want a by stander there. You could arrange to meet up with her after you've had the tests done so that she doesn't feel left out.
That should keep her happy.
If you don't think that would work and would hurt her feelings you could try a white lie and say that the clinic don't like people 'just waiting for a friend' as the waiting room isn't very big, and again arrange for her to meet up afterwards.
Either way explain to her that you and your other friend are not trying to leave her out and that you like her so that she doesn't feel it necessary to come everywhere with you.
