But now I am older I am bi. I have been for a long time but just don't know how to tell him. My parents nearly found out once, when I was sending dirty texts to someone... And there was lesbian and straight references, so I just passed it off as role-play and another persona because they seemed really pissed about it.But now I know I am bi, should I tell them? I'm scared how they will react ;(

If you want to tell them then just blurt it out one time when you are with them. No matter how much you think about how it will happen it won't happen that way so there is no point.
Personally I wouldn't tell them unless it is really bugging you. They can find out some random time or when they slowly notice you being close with a girl. That way they can figure it out on their own and realize that you are their daughter and they love you no matter what.
