So in the beginning of october I was dating a sophomore(HS) and im a junior(HS) but things just werent working out and i dropped all interest in this girl and just let things slide. Well while that was happening a popular girl started hitting on my constantly and wanted me to go out with her and ditch my girlfriend but I refused as I wouldnt do something that dark. Later my girlfriend and I broke up and I went with a double date with this girl, her friend, and my best friend. Well things did connect with me and her and I ended up introducing her to my family and she introduced me to hers soon after.(2 week period of dating). Well now my friend has pursued interest in another girl and my girlfriend's friend keeps annoying me that we all should go out but I tell her i cannot due to the fact my friend doesnt want to. and when i tell her this my girlfriend cant go either because she's with her and this makes me upset constantly. and now after a week of this ive told my girlfriend i loved her but she couldnt say it back, but told me that i meant the world to her... after some bad things happened and due to my mom visiting i told her she couldnt come to my house till my mom left which would be a couple of weeks and she responded that we shouldnt talk for a while then... and thats where im at... im not sure what to think or do. all i know is that this girl means the world to me and more. I would do anything to save her or let her love me... any advice would help thank you.l

This is a hard situation your in bud but sometimes people fall in love for the wrong reasons like looks you may love this girl but a girl that would do that is not worth YOUR time you need to look around at school and not just looks either but a personality if you find a girl that treats you right you will get over her or she will see you two together and be jealous and if she is not then she was not worth your time its hard to do but over time you will see your emotions got the better of you my pal went through the same thing and now he is dating a girl that makes him happy someone he can laugh and joke around and fully loves him and shows him i hope this helped a little i know its not the answer you wanted but when dealing with love it hardly ever is its about becoming a man and showing you can make decisions even though they hurt good luck bud
