I was on the receving end like your cousin will be if you tell him, what helped is she was open and put everything on the table when she told me. i felt the same, but their was someone else in my life so yeah. before you tell him just be shure hes not seeing anyone, if not just be nice to him get away from your family sit down to have a chat.when talking slowly pry the discussion in the direction of how you feel be honest to him and just put your heart on the table for him. if he also loves you the way you love him things will be fine.

These people amaze me, how in the US the same sex marriage is not weird but marriage between cousins, with 2 different parents, is weird? Go for him if you are in love with him.
