Be blunt. The faster you get it off your chest, the less room you leave yourself to not tell him.
"Hey honey, I'm pregnant."
He knows about your career, and he knows you just moved around the world. In the initial discussion, you can let him know you want to have it in England.

Having a baby is awesome. Don't stress too badly, as you will realize that no amount of preparation will actually have you prepared for such a wonderful responsibility.
