I realized that i really don't want to deal with anyone I meet online and really actually want to delete my account, but he seems nice enough. I just don't want to talk to him. How do i politely tell him i'm not going to answer his phone calls? Cuz I'm willing to text him and tell him, but i feel like any way you put it, it's going to come out mean...I know i made a mistake but i'd really appreciate any help.

I feel its risky when you meet people online and altho you may not be a bad person, I feel that risk alone tells me I should be careful. Therefore I do not wish to have any further contact with you. However, I do wish you the best and good luck with everything."

Just be openly honest with him. Tell him that he is a really nice guy and its not that you hate him or anything, you just do not feel comfortable with that sort of contact.
I hope that helps.
