But the breakup has left me with zero confidence.I now find it almost impossible to approach women, and i would just like to know how i should go about talking to other women in bars/clubs etc?And even when speaking to women i work with/ at uni i just don't feel that any woman would be interested in mePlease help if you can!

It sounds like you're in a rough spot. My advice is do not think about having another relationship right away. Try looking for friends for now. And please do not go after girls from clubs and/or bars...that is the worst place you can go. Your goal for no is to build your confidence back up, so look for girls that you can be friends with and then you can pursue a relationship later. Try school, the library, the gym, plenty of girls out there.

Dude,
depending on how long recently is... u shud give urslf some time to adjust bk to being single i had the exact same situation n i still find it hard sometimes... being single or approaching girls but the best thing i found to do was to approach groups of girls with groups of urs m8s n jus get to know alot of different people then i gives u a better outlook if u liked one of em...
but as i said give urslf time it'll work out eventually it always does!!
