 Tell this boy how you feel. I'm sure he wants to kiss you as well. Try to find a right place and time to kiss him. If you have a romantic sceen away from everyone, stare into his eyes and smile. Move closer and try to kiss him. Maybe only start with pecking on the lips and build up from there.
