Assuming you dont want to make love to him or his way of doing it might be the possible reasons, you need to talk to him. Getting wet basically means yoir body is ready to have enjoyable sex and theres absolutely nothing to be ashamed about. You need to speak up and make yourself clear when you dont want to have sex even if you get wet.
