 Experience doesn't matter. Ask him to guide you, and tell you what feels good. Try different stuff. There are lots of guides on the internet, even quite a few on this site, so they can help give you ideas of stuff to try.
Ultimately though, everyone is different. So it's best to ask your partner what they like. You may find that what works for one guy doesn't for another.

 Speak to your boyfriend, ask him what he likes he will tell you exactly what and how he likes it, some women forget that they could be given all the advice in the world but everything comes down to personal preference. Also do what feels comfortable with you whether its licking the tip or scrotum, focusing on the whole penis or just the top if your uncomfortable with something likihood is that your boyfriend will be too, relax, go with it and let him be your guide.
