A female reader, anonymous, writes (16 October 2006):

i have the same problem. I find that when we allow wach other to miss each other it really helps. We don't live together but we do spend every evening together and the weekends. Sometimes I will just tell him I am busy and not see him much and only call him if I need to talk with him-not just to say hi. And it makes him miss me and I miss him so then we are excited to see each other. If you live together you could have a girls night or visit your parents, join a group that meets often or just run some errands.
