I was suffering from premature ejaculation myself, most guys do. I tried almost all the products and methods out there without any success. I tried using numbing creams, special condoms, sprays, pills, audio mp3s, exercise plans. They all don’t work and I didn’t want to be applying “numbing creams or drinking pills” every time when I have sex for the rest of my life. All these methods mentioned above are temporary anyway. Luckily for me I stumbled upon this website, they use a scientifically proven method which is purely natural. Check it out yourself: http://1ae6b3d7yw1xj0ldnjy9rg4xd1.hop.clickbank.net/

The ability to be in tune with your body and know from past experience where your point of no return is. You have to be able to control that feeling by pacing yourself accordingly. When you feel you are getting close slow down the rhythm or change position. focus on the tv or something and don't think about it. If you are way too aroused before you start there is a high possibility you aren't going to last long. This usually occurs when having sex with a new partner for the first time and remember the first impression is a lasting impression. You may not get a second chance to redeem yourself. Go at it as if you are not really craving it. I know it is easier said than done.Regarding the use of delay creams, if you apply too much you are not going to feel anything as it reduces sensitivity and makes the penis feel numb. If you are not using condoms it is also possible that you will make the womans vagina less sensitive from the contact with you. There are some anti depressants that when taken also prolong ejaculation. The mind is the greatest sex organ so learn to use it to get your body to do what you want. Tell yourself you are not going to ejaculate before your partner reaches orgasm. Remember women don't want a 100m sprinter but a marathon runner.

I'm not sure why you'd want to do this anyway, it's not like the woman gets anything out of you spewing more or less sperm.. unless you mean just orgasming more than anything else, in which case...i'm not qualified to answer!
