One, we have agrees to remain friends and have started sharing many secrets with eachother, the other I am very interested in.Now both have started coming over my house to hang out but both times this happened, beside great conversations, I feel it was a bit boring. So my question is, how do women like to be entertained in a man's house? Are movies enough? Should I have dinner? Is there anything that would make the evening more enjoyable? Thanks Reply to this Question Share |

I have a social group called "the Survivor's Club". There are seven of us....I'm the only female. These guys are great!! I love them more than their wives! We attend one of the guys house every second Tuesday of the month for dinner. We each bring a dish. It is pot luck. It is so much fun all of us cooking, chatting, laughing, eating.
Why don't you do a appetizer night. Each bring an appetizer and enjoy drinks.
Have fun!

The question was in general, how do you best entertain a woman visitor at your house?

I can't begin to help you ... because any time I have two women who interest me, within 50 feet of each other, a CAT-FIGHT breaks out... and I end up having to referee THAT!!!
Then, again, I guess you COULD serve plates of tuna fish and bowls of cream..... Your call....
Good luck... I look forward to your follow-up!!!!!

Make it a foursome and have a dinner party with one person doing starter, another person the main course, another the desert and the last person bring the drinks. Actually preparing a simpl meal together can be fun if some of the group like cooking (or are willing to learn!)Playing games is fine - computer games are okay but it's nice to have a game that all four people can participate in at the same time rather than two people having to watch. Card games and board games and even things like charades allow for everyone to participate at the same time.Movie nights are fine once in a while but they actually stop people from talking to each other.Personally, I think almost any activity can be made fun if it's in good company and accompanied with good food.Since Halloween is coming up, why don't you get together and carve some pumpkins and make pumpkin pie (or soup or curry which is much easier)

Sharing food is always good, so either cook or ask them to bring dessert.

Hmm well it depends on what you all like to do.
I think dinner/snacks/wine/beer (if you drink): is always a good idea. Because if I go over to a friend's house, male or female, and I get hungry, I want to leave or ask if anyone else is hungry and go out to eat.
Movies: I think that's boring. Games are fun. Even lame ones like Apples to Apples or funny ones like What the F*ck?! Even if you have a Wii or something, that's fun and interactive. If that gets old, then a movie would be okay.
You might want to consider inviting another male friend for your friend...like they say, three is a crowd.
