 You kind of just go with it. The problem is you are insecure about it is why you get nervous and dont know what to do up there. Watch porn, see how she does it, just to get the idea. What I did because I was uncomfortable and nervous the first time was turn off all the lights. That way he cant see you and you feel a little more relaxed. Then you kind of just grind. Front to back, or up and down, whichever you feel. He may guide you as well with his hands on your hips. It all just depends. In my experince you just learn from going with the flow. Hope I helped out if only just a little bit.
