How should I behave with him when I will be at his house? How should I make him feel that my feelings are true for him, and I really want him to be mine? Please help!

To answer your question. It depends. I have been attracted to women that all of a sudden blindsided me with this email or text about how they want me to be theirs forever etc.
I recommend you give it one more shot and convey the message that you don't want to marry him, you just want to get physical.
Confessing full blown feelings for someone can be a little much. Gradually ease it in (thats what she said).
All I know is, I was wanting to hang out with that woman again and again and again. However, she started talking about commitment and me being hers etc.
Don't do that. That is the problem.
I personally don't care about incest or whatever. I think my cousin is hot. She is 21. She is of sound mind and body, etc. I don't plan on marrying her and having kids. If she said to me, "I want to bang you." I would say, let's go. If she said, "I want to be with you and call you mine" I would say, "No, sorry." Or, I would not respond.
I am going to say that it is because of how you say it that you don't get a response vs at least getting a response.

 He is your cousin? As in related to or "step-cousin". If you're in fact related to him, I'm sorry to break it to you but this is considered incest. He most likely didn't reply because he doesn't feel the same way. People usually don't WANT to be with their cousins in THAT way...Find someone else, and not your brother, your uncle, your grandpa... someone else OUTSIDE your family.
