You shouldn't force a kiss to happen. They just happen of their own accord.
If you ever go to parties and there's a cute guy you see, go over and talk to him, if there's a spark then it usually happens after a bit of flirting.
But I think that you should have your first kiss with someone you really like.
In time, you'll probably come to the conclusion that kissing isn't such a big deal, that you could kiss complete randomers and not care, but, in my opinion, your first kiss should be special, and something to remember.
Don't worry about being 15 and not having kissed anyone yet, it's not that bad. You still have plenty of time. I know someone who didn't kiss anyone until they were 18, and, you know what? She is really happy she waited for her wonderful boyfriend to be her first kiss.
Just relax around any new guys you meet and be yourself, it will happen in time.
Good Luck
xx

Just stare into you boyfriend/girlfriends for longer than you normally would, compliment him/her and lean in. What could be the worst that could happen??? If it goes wrong just lagh about it and treat it as a joke.
