If you want to lose 11 lbs. fast...then there's really not a "healthy" way to do it. It's considered healthy to lose only a few pounds a week, so it would take at least a month to be close and that's if you don't plateau. If you want to really fast, eliminate carbs as another poster suggested. You will lose weight really fast if you stick to only protein. However, you eat a piece of bread and you'll jack yourself up. So if you want to do it a healthier way, make sure you eat green, leafy veggies and if you eat carbs make sure it's whole wheat and contains at least 3 grams of fiber but keep it to a minimum and eat mainly lean protein like chicken and fish. Don't eat any sugar.

You need to change not only WHAT you eat. But HOW much you eat.
Balance your diet out. Don't cut anything out. Its all about TONE. Not weight.
Look at Christina Hendricks, she's not a stick figure and yet she's toned. Her body LOOKS great.
Go for a walk a couple of times a week, eat LESS processed foods and sugars (though little indulgences make life worth living. There's not point being alive and forgetting to live).
Carbs are great for energy, as are foods high in protein.
Have a steak now and then. But Fish are a great alternative if you wish to cut down on the cow. But try to avoid having battered or deep-fried fish often. There is no point eating a healthy thing if you are just gonna douse it in lard for a few minutes beforehand.
Above all, stop worrying about it. If anybody says anything about you concerning it, fuck them. They are arseholes anyway and not worth even agknowledging the existence of.

Get your carbs only from fresh fruit and whole grains, those are the good carbs. Drink skim milk, with the fat and the sugars taken out. If skim milk tastes too bland, try 2% milk, there's hardly any taste difference between that and whole milk. Eat low calorie dressings, so that you don't have to skimp on dressing, because the dressing is what makes the salad taste really good.

Cut out all starch & sugar until your at your goal, then SLOWLY add them back in limited portions. Watch your weight and if you start to gain, note which sugars and starch (it's the same thing... it all turns to sugar) are likely causing the gain.
You'll need to drink a fair amount of water - 6 to 8 glasses a day. A bit of lime or lemon makes it better.
Avoid vegetables with starch (again, it turns to sugar), such as potatoes, corn, beats, carrots.
Get you're body to a state where it starts to drop the weight, do NOT skip meals or cut way down on good food. Your body will misinterpret this and think that you're in a famine and go into a mode that fights loosing weight. Feed your body well, and the weight will drop.
One example of a fairly healthy meal (fast food no less), 2 side salads + a small chili (Wendy's hamburgers) - mix together, and it's a healthy taco salad... worked great for me!

Eat about six smaller healthy meals a day and switch up your work out to work different parts of your body. If you train with weights you might not lose any weight but you'll be far more toned which is so much better. Don't worry about the weight go for how you look and feel not just a number. Please do not cut any healthy food out, besides for the long term damage it can also cause you to gain weight very easily. I'm not saying that you will but its just good to know.

I am very athletic, not trying to sound conceited. I also wrestled in high school, so I know a lot about cutting weight. Just to let you know, more than half of cutting weight is in your diet alone. Don't eat too many carbs, and when you do eat carbs, only in the morning and after working out. Also if you arent sweating in the gym, you arent doing squat for yourself. You need to push yourself to the limit everytime you workout. I could go into so much more detail, but these are the biggest guidelines you must follow. Best of luck.

Eat a power bar or cliff bar something like that during the day.

That's a healthy weight and I do believe putting yourself down to 110 is close to the borderline of being underweight--not so healthy. But it sounds like youre doing everything right; eating healthy and working out at a healthy pace. There is no quick fix to losing that much weight in a small amount of time though. Maybe up your routines and focus more on eating healthy. Also be sure to get the proper amount of sleep. Too much takes a toll on your body just as much as not enough. Good luck and stay healthy!
