Hi I'm going to a concert tomorrow but it turns out my ex is also going. I know the chances of me seeing him at all are slim but I don't want to freak out in front of him. We haven't really spoken sine we split and he has looked like he is completely over me already (we only broke up at the start of October). I dont want to look like it bothers me he's there an that he is over me already. Any tips on what I can do cus at the moment I end up hiding in my friends jacket (figuratively) whenever I see him.

kittykins agony auntThe best thing to do is to ignore him, (easier said than done, I know!!) Relax, stay calm and have fun with your friends as you normally would! Don't spend the whole time looking around for him or wondering who he's talking to. If you see him, you are bound to feel a bit sick and weird inside, but DON'T let it ruin your night!! I have done this so many times, and let myself feel awful when there was no need to. Stay strong and raise you head up high! The sooner you master this, the easier it will become:)
