But for a while I was thought that I was done with puberty, but at the same time, I can't help wondering that if I look so young, maybe I'm not. Also, is there anyway I can help my face mature by eating certain foods or doing anything? There is not much chance of growing in height past the age of 25, but more likely than not, you will have achieved your height by the age of 20. I had a male friend who grew a whole foot taller at 21 years old, but it's unusual to have a growth spurt at such a late age.
As far as looking young goes; like dirtball said - You will be thankful for your young looks later on!

There's no real way. In fact, you mature and change your whole life, puberty is just an accelorated change from childhood to adulthood. It never really stops though.
Enjoy your youthful face. You may not appreciate it now, but in 10 or 20 years you'll be thanking your lucky stars!
