I'm in agreement with AskEve, the most obvious sign is really that the person starts to take more of an interest in you, if it is a work situation they may start hanging around your desk more than usual, finding regular excuses to walk past you and chat to you, general flirting and making comments about your appearance, making eye contact, maybe dropping subtle hints about doing something together,they may get flustered and a bit nervous/shy where they're not usually like that with other people, you may notice that they are making more of an effort with their appearance when you're around, they may show off in front of you, say things that you can tell are being said to impress you, that sort of thing really!!

 You haven't gave me much to go on but generally if a guy's interested in you then he'll catch your gaze, smile at you and talk to you about things in general. He may even show up more often than normal. He might ask you questions just to get your attention. Being in your presence, smiling at you, chatting and catching your eye are all signs that he's interested.
