The best thing you can do to fight test anxiety is to put your mind into a positive mind frame. Talk to yourself as if you were your own best friend; tell yourself how well you prepared for your test, you rock and you get this, (if you don't get something, then get tutoring).
Study your test material until you can explain it to someone, because by then, you have a pretty good grasp on the material.
Don't compare your knowledge with another classmate though, you might get discouraged everyone has a different way of remembering things. You can study with them, but don't compare. Remember chin up!
You're priority is passing your exams, so focus on that and then deal with this guy.
Hope this was helpful! Good luck studying. :)
