Has she already rejected you.
The anonymous person below is right. I do exactly what they do. I sulk for a few days, listen to sad music, have some alone time. Think about the good memories and after a few days it leaves and you feel more refreshed than ever.
If you were completely and utterly head over heals with this woman you would be glad to see her with you or without, whatever she feels happiest. I know that sounds harsh, if you cannot live without her do something about it. Talk to her and make up!!
Good Luckkk.

I play a lot of music usually sad stuff (sometimes not). I clean my house. I drink a glass of wine. I just do a lot of thinking by myself. And I do stuff to make me relax so I don't feel anxious. I just withdraw from people and try to do stuff by myself just to take the proper time to heal. And then eventually I snap out of it.
