GoGreen126 is verified as being by the original poster of the questionI have tried music, journal, etc. Hypnosis works, as does the Red Sox post game. ;-)
is there anything else worth trying?
How can I get over the hope that we'll get back together? I think it's standing between us.
Thanks!!!!

You could also keep a diary and write down your thoughts. That would also help getting it out of your system, before going to bed. Listen to some music until you feel sleepy. It should help. But may not work completely for a while.
Good Luck. X
