To keep your teeth out the way you need to kind of cover your bottom teeth with your tongue and your top teeth with your top lip.
You do get a sore, tired jaw after a while but you can vary what you're doing. ie try kind of sucking the sides of his penis and moving up and down but without his penis being in your mouth if you know what i mean? or just licking him a lot.
