Confidence, and am not talking about someone who's centre of attention or loud, just confidence in yourself, which in this case would come through in body language.

 There's nothing sexier than a well dressed man. Sometimes men struggle and wear black shoes with a brown belt, tennis shoes with jeans and a button up. I mean I don't expect them to look like one of those guys from Queer Eye dressed them, but at least know your color wheel, what looks flattering on you, and don't take a bath in your cologne. Oh, and women aren't too wild about Axe body spray. In addition, to being well dressed you have to have the confidence and intelligence to back it up. Nothing worse than a guy who's dressed to the 9's struggling with conversation and perspiring because he's nervous as hell.

 Sounds like you're talking more about your first impression.
If that's the case- your body language, clothes, personal grooming, smile, eye contact and how a girl sees you interact with others- are the most important things to work on.

Someone who is able to lead himself and not follow the crowds. Is a bit mysterous. Looks good, takes care of himself and is good in school and work. etc.

 For me, it would be someone with a bit of mystery about them. Not someone who's in the forefront of all the action, but someone slightly more reserved. I think eye-contact is important to catch someone's attention and it creates this vibe of confidence about you. Also make sure you're well-groomed and smart looking. It'll vary with different people but I think self-confidence is important.
