reader, anonymous, writes (8 November 2010): It all depends if you are in the mood, and a female orgasm causes the uterus to contract and expell blood therefore helping end your period somewhat earlier, also an orgasm releases endorphins in the brain that relieve headaches and irritability, so why not? Also some women have increased libido during menstruation and therefore will be in the mood, just try it and see if to like it, if it is too dirty for you then just have sex in the shower.

First 2 days of my period are the worst, and I can't be bothered by anybody. The third day, if I was horny then I would please my husband if he asked for it. Now when I'm off my period then game on.
There's some girls who like to have sex on their period and don't mind pleasing their men even though they won't be receiving. With that being said, I know of a guy who goes down on a girl during that time. Yuck! Then, there's the other girls who just want to lie around all day in their Victoria's Secret pajamas with a heating pad resting on their lower abdomen, in which a blow job is out of the question.

 Some girls have pains and are very uncomfortable when they are on their periods, bloated, headaches, pains, cramps,feeling emotional, etc etc. It is an individual thing. When you are with the right one then it's something you sort out together. I'ts not the end of the world to have a week off from sex once every month. Good luck!

 Depends on what you mean by "pressure." If you mean, would I make it clear that I'm horny and want satisfaction, then yes - that's called being honest and open. But I would also be clear that I'm not going to break up with her or anything like that if she's not in the mood.
That's why I try to only date girls who can hear about my feelings without feeling like they *have* to do something, but might *want* to.
Then again, though, every girl I've ever dated was pretty horny on her period anyway. Not sure if that's normal.
