Hi, one of the aunts compiled a whole list of crisis numbers in Australia, and I've put together this list for you, as I don't know where in Australia you are. I hope that one of them will work for you and you'll be referred to a center that can help you work through this trauma. Life can and will be better for you; reach out and ask for that help.
Take care.

Good luck!

I am no expert with this type of thing so i think you would get better advice from a helpline, but i will do my best. My mother was raped by her brother at the age of around 13 and she didnt report him to the police and has to look him in the eye every other day. I think you need to talk to people about this. The best person would be your mum or another family member. No need to be embarrassed or ashamed. It is those men who should feel that way. Don't let them steal your life from you. Make the most of it and be determined to do so. You've been through so much and should be so proud of yourself.
Find something to do that makes you happy and stick to it.
Good luck chica and with lots of respect from me!
