writes: this is not a relationship question but i get great advice from this website so i might as well see if anyone can help. well i'm 15 years old and i would like to join the army national guard when i turn 17. i would like to know if anyone can give me information on how to get into good physical shape starting now so i will be prepared when i turn seventeen and go to basic combat training in the summer after my junior year in highschool. thank you to anyone who can help. Fifteen is verified as being by the original poster of the questionthankyou! also after college i was planning on training for the FBI or something similar. but i'm starting now so i'm ready. i'll start with running a mile each morning and doing sit ups, push ups, pull ups, and increase the amount as i progress. thankyou :]
