Ok so theres a trick to this.I'll tell u wut u need to do. 1) Ask her if she likes you 2) If she says no just as a friend 3)say ok good cuz i like u as a friend too. 4) BUT if she says yes tell her you like her. This trick works well, and makes it less embarrasing if she says no. I HOPE THIS HELPS!!!!!!! :)

Trust me I know it's really difficult to approach a girl at your age. However, if she knows that you like her and she continues to talk to you regularly on msn, there is a very good chance that she is interested in you. Bowsandcherries has a really good suggestion with how to start the conversation.

 just talk to her on msn as you are doing and just find out if there is anyone she is/maybe interested in.
if she says yeah
ask what he is like or something.
take it from there.
see where it goes.
or
you can just straight up ask her if she likes you that way if she says yeah great!
if she says no then at least you know you've tried and you can move on.
otherwise if you don't ask how will you know...
better to ask and find out than never know the real truth.
