he is 13 aswell but hes just a grade higher than me.. he is yr9 i am yr 8
i am also worried he is seeing his ex-girlfriend because she is the same grade and have gone further.

 If he is trying to pressure you then please end this relationship now, your just a child and you have plenty of time for all this.
Its underage for you to have sex anyway so he can get done by the police if it is found out that you two are having sex (when you do i know you dont at the moment).
Peer pressure is such a bad thing and thats why loads of teenagers end up with kids as well as wanting to be like there friend.
Tell him you dont want to do any of the stuff he suggests yet, you just want to cuddle and kiss (mouth closed) for now!
