 I can think of a couple of things you could try out:
1. Use a condom for him to cum into.
2. Have a second tshirt available and wash the one stained before getting it back home.
3. Cover the penis with a paper towel when he is about to cum.
4. Put a napkin or cloth over the tshirt when he is about to cum.
