 From looking at the age gap, I'm sorry to say I think your chances are pretty slim :( Sorry, mate. But personally I think it's unlikely that a hot 12th grade girl would consider going out with a 14year-old.
But hey, if you're still bent on going for it, just treat her as you would a girl your own age: be relaxed, respectful, kind, and give her space. Oh, and the old classic: be yourself!
But just brace yourself for the event, likely or unlikely) of you being turned down.

Seniors are no different from you--they're just older. Personally, I don't think a freshman should date a senior because of legal issues (age of consent is 16 in many places, and age of majority is 18). But if you want to do this despite huge obstacles, just do it. They aret superhuman, just say "Would you like to go out sometime?" or something of the like.
I don't want to be mean, but a freshman guy's chances with a senior girl are pretty low. Especially if you don't know how to ask her out, and you want to because they're hot, you may not be deemed mature enough for them. I'd advise you to admire from afar.
