I think you have become infatuated and obsessed with this girl and you are in danger of making a complete fool of yourself by declaring your "love". Please leave well alone unless you are sure she has split up with her boyfriend.

If you told her how you felt it could even make things worse for you and her as im sure that after having a boyfriend for a long time, she's not going to break up with him just because you like her too. Love is a pretty strong word though, are you sure?
Ok, im in a simlier situation myself. I've been 'in love' with a boy for over a year now, but i know nothing would ever happen because he's told me, so i'm not going to do anything about it.
Personaaly i wouldn't approach her, only because she has a bf.
