Petina's a little bit of a wet blanket I think. There's nothing wrong with a second try.

Do people from work ever go out in groups after work? That's your best bet. If you are going somewhere with a group of people she knows and you make it a point to invite her, you're saying you're interested in spending time with her without setting up a big, official "date" where it's just the two of you trying not to act awkward.

Hi,

She may like you but its not a good idea to date someone you work with.

Just think, if you have an arguement/break up, everyone at wk will know about it.

petina1 agony auntShe said no once. I wonder why she said that, is her situation different since then? How many more times will you ask her before she says 'yes'. If her circumstances are different you should be able to tell if she likes you then that would be your cue. I't difficult to have relationships with people you work with as well. Good Luck.
