I am wondering if this is true because according to online information, orgasms without ejaculation seem to only occur to men with prostrate or bladder problems or to those who purposely try to not ejaculate. Nowhere is it mentioned that back pain would induce the inability to ejaculate. I am just wondering if he only says he's able to orgasm because he didn't want to hurt my feelings. Another question that I have is how different does orgasm feel in comparison to ejaculation? I suppose men don't feel a relief of tension or whatever it is if they only orgasm but not ejaculate, right? Any more insight or input on this condition of dry orgasm would be really greatly appreciated.

Men can orgasm with out actually cumming. A lot of men come in tiny amounts and you and he wont notice. Dont worry about it if he says he is having a dry orgasm he probebly is,Sex feels great and somtimes you yourself will find you dont actually come but it makes you feel good.

If on a marathon session, perhaps four or five orgasms in succession (and I'm talking something like 10-15 minutes apart) the ol' fluid does tend to dry up a bit, so you then get the orgasmic sensations without so much of the liquid squirt. Still feels good though!
